Ode to the Season (from a few of your team managers)

It was a slow start for the Vermilion U8 Blue Dynamite as we did not have a coach for the first few weeks. Joel Wilson came to our rescue and from there the season seemed to fly by. The teams had fun in both the Vermilion and St. Paul Tournaments and came away with more skills to end the season.

Our U6 Team was called the Red Rockets, we had a really great bunch of kids. We had a good season we played in the Bonnyville Tournament and the team did really well. Our season ended with the parents playing the kids and ice cream cones, & couldn't ask for anything better.

Led by Coach Mike Crowe the U8 Vermilion Tigers had a very successful season. We played in three tournaments, and also against the other two Vermilion U8 teams. The practices helped improve our ball handling and passing skills. Thanks to all the parents who helped out this year, and good luck to those kids moving onto U10.

The U12 Girls received 4th Place at Lakeland Cup on Sunday. They won their first two games and lost their 2nd two. Pretty good out of 13 teams!!
